About
Gabriella (Gabi) Epley is a J.D. Candidate at Northeastern University School of Law. She is an aspiring lawyer for all creatives, especially stand-up comedians and visual artists.
Gabriella is originally from Lexington, Kentucky. Growing up in a creative household, she developed an appreciation for the arts at a young age, and has always found art to be an essential part of living. She thinks of art as the “hearth” of the human experience, as it’s the place where we all make a home for our deepest thoughts and feelings. After graduating from Berea College with a B.A. in Spanish, Gabriella started her legal education at Northeastern University School of Law. At Northeastern, Gabriella focuses her studies on all facets of entertainment law. She is a member of the First Generation Law Students Association (FGLA), and participates in efforts alongside undergraduates to enhance the student-run music licensing projects at the University. Gabriella completed a full-time legal internship with the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts of Massachusetts in Fall 2022. In her free time, Gabriella bakes, rock climbs, and goes out to local Boston comedy shows.
