Gabi is a J.D. Candidate at Northeastern University School of Law. She is an aspiring lawyer for creatives, especially stand-up comedians and visual artists. Growing up around artists, Gabi has always thought of art as an essential part of life. She thinks of art as the “hearth” of the human experience since it’s the place where we all make a home for our deepest thoughts and feelings. A Berea College graduate, Gabi now focuses her studies on all facets of entertainment law. She is a member of the First Generation Law Students Association and she collaborates with other J.D.s to establish a student-run licensing platform. Gabi was a legal intern with the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts of Mass. in Fall of 2022 and is currently an extern with Romano Law PLLC. In her free time, Gabi bakes, rock climbs, and patronizes local Boston comedy shows.
